PVP on or off?

PVP on at all times: 0%; [ 0 ]

PVP off: 25%; [ 2 ]

PVP on but with a plugin that allows towns where its safe: 75%; [ 6 ]

So right now, in the vanilla stages of the server, PVP is on.
When we go bukkit, do you want pvp on or off?

With pvp on its more vanilla/survival friendly.
