Playerheads, and make PVP allowed (as long as both parties agree).

I want a head wall.

allows claiming of horses , protection of horses and tp of them to you.
when i looked in to it buying / selling was on the change log.
But i looked at it when 1.6 bukkit first came out

These are some plugins I found to be interesting, I know that they wont be all implemented but still, I just wanted to give a range of cool, fun and interesting plugins from which to chose from.

Movementfx, a cool add-on to minecraft, for moving around such as jumping higher when sprinting:
